Description of a private tour

Private tour guarantees an intimate and personalized experience, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking landscapes and historical landmarks at your own pace.

If you haven’t yet experienced the breathtaking sunset in the Bay of Kotor, this is the perfect opportunity for you – Sunset tours add an extra layer of charm!
As the sun sets over the horizon, painting the sky with a mesmerizing palette of colors, the bay transforms into a scene of unmatched beauty.

Situated on the Luštica Peninsula, just beyond the Bay of Kotor – the Blue Cave, also known as the Blue Grotto, shines with an extraordinary blue shade. This natural cave is created at the bottom of a 100-meter cliff as a result of the impact of sea waves on porous rocks of the Luštica Peninsula over thousands of years.
The shade is a result of the sunrays entering the cave through an underwater opening and reflecting off the limestone walls. Here you can enjoy swimming and taking photos in the phenomenal atmosphere that is out of this world.

Our first stop on this adventure is a small island in the middle of the Bay of Kotor, named after the church on it – Our Lady of Rocks. According to the story, after the shipwreck, sailors found an icon of the Mother of God. The local fishermen made a pledge to create an artificial island by throwing stones at the same place where the Blessed Virgin was found, on which a church will later be built in her honor.

By the way, this custom of piling stones (known as Fašinada) around our Lady of Rocks has grown over time into a traditional ceremony that has been continuously held every July 22 for more than 500 years!
We stay on the island of Our Lady of Rocks  for about 20 minutes. Then, it’s time to land in Perast and have a 30-minute tour.

The city was named after the Illyrian tribe Pirusti, which inhabited the area of present-day Perast in the 3rd century. At that time, Illyrian queen Teuta ruled Boka Kotorska. Teuta was conquered by the Romans who populated Perast as well as the rest of the Adriatic coast.
After the Romans, Perast was ruled by the Republic of Dubrovnik, the Republic of Venice, France, the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, Yugoslavia and now Montenegro.

Some of the must-visit sights in Perast include the Church of St. Nicholas, built in 1616, situated in the very center of the city;
The Bujović Palace, dating back to 1694, now serves as the Museum of the City of Perast;
The Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, established in 1678, is accessible by climbing about a hundred steps, leading to a stunning viewpoint;
The natural island of St. George – often referred to as the “Island of Flowers – dates back to ancient times, has a rich history, and its beauty will leave you breathles.

Our tours are guided by an exceptional captains who are not only experienced navigators but also passionate about providing you with the best possible experience. With their extensive knowledge of the area and warm hospitality – you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings!
