Our first stop on this adventure is a small island in the middle of the Bay of Kotor, named after the church on it – Our Lady of Rocks. Nestled by the Bay of Kotor, Old town of Perast in Montenegro is a hidden treasure ready to be discovered. Every alley, house or stone in this small city has its own story and history.

By the way, this custom of piling stones (known as Fašinada) around our Lady of Rocks has grown over time into a traditional ceremony that has been continuously held every July 22 for more than 500 years! We stay on the island of Gospa od Škrpjela for about 20 minutes. Then, it’s time to land in Perast and have a 30-minute tour.
